Description

• Set up and operate VMC and CNC machines according to job specifications and requirements.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary.
• Load and unload workpieces into the machine, and perform tool changes and adjustments as needed.
• Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot issues with machines and make minor repairs or adjustments as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and production schedules are met.
• Complete all necessary documentation and records accurately and in a timely manner.

• Minimum of 23 years of experience operating VMC and CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Gcode programming is a plus but not required.
• Prior experience with Plano Milling, Drilling, Surface Grinding, or Plasma Cutting is beneficial.
