We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team.

As a BDE, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and research potential clients, property investors, and partners to expand the company's client base.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients by effectively managing relationships and followups.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
  • Attend meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients to present our services and solutions effectively.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, emerging markets, and best practices to provide strategic insights to the team.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market, industry trends, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment.
