diplomatic and professional manner
Prepare performance metrics related to key accounts, such as sales performance, satisfaction, and
retention rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, product development, and
customer support, to provide a seamless experience to key accounts and address their specific
needs
