We are a Digital Marketing company catering to businesses in USA and India.

Designation:
Customer Service & Sales Outbound**
Location: Andheri West - Link Road

Experience:
6 years+

Responsibilities and Duties:

To help customers understand the products offerings as per their requirements and respond and resolve all the queries raised by them.
To assist the Customers during various interactions and make sure that the customer satisfaction is enhanced during the entire purchase and servicing experience.
Constant efforts on keeping oneself updated with company's existing and new products offerings, their benefits and features.
Upselling/cross selling products and services to our existing customers.
Prepare Sales reports, track and publish Individual and team's productivity and performance.
KPIs in the form of Sales Targets, Customer Satisfaction, Daily productivity and Quality Scores.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills
Demonstrable social networking experience
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Fluency in English
Graduation in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations is an advantage

Working Days:
Mondays to Fridays (5 Days working)
