ISS STOXX is growing As we expand, we're seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist who thrives in a collaborative environment and values the human side of HR.

As a senior member of our HR team, your mission is to champion employee success from on-boarding to exit. You'll ensure that our organization complies with all labor laws and regulations while fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Your role at ISS STOXX includes, but is not limited to

Compliance Keeper

You'll be our guardian of compliance, maintaining records and ensuring timely submission of statutory returns. Keeping abreast of labor law updates, you'll provide insights on policy adjustments to keep our practices aligned and fair.

Problem Solver & People Person

With your strong interpersonal skills, you'll handle employee grievances and queries with empathy and efficiency. You'll be the go-to person for resolving conflicts and ensuring that everyone's voice is heard.

Guide & Mentor

From conducting interviews to providing manager overview sessions, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding our teams. Your insights and expertise will contribute to maintaining internal parity and market competitiveness.

Welcomer & Supporter

You'll be the face of our on-boarding process, welcoming new joiners and supporting them through their transition. Coordinating with various teams, you'll ensure a seamless integration into our workplace.

Bidding Farewell with Grace

When it's time to say goodbye, you'll handle exit processes with care and professionalism. Conducting exit interviews and managing settlements, you'll ensure that every transition is smooth and respectful.

Administrative Maestro

From payroll management to coordinating office events, you'll juggle various administrative tasks effortlessly. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will keep our operations running smoothly.
