Description

Job Title: End User Support Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced End User Support Manager to oversee the technology infrastructure and operational processes of our IT department.

The End User Support Manager will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day IT operations, ensuring system and network reliability, overseeing technology vendors, and implementing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

They will be responsible for keeping IT policies and procedures in line with the organization's standards.

Main Responsibilities :

Supervising daily IT operations to maintain smooth system and network functionality.
Leading and supporting a team of IT professionals to help them achieve their objectives.
Ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures for all organization's assets.
Evaluating system performance and suggesting enhancements.
Providing assistance to stakeholders through help desk support.
Hands-on experience with O365 Admin Portal.
Managing user creation and asset allocation for new employees efficiently.
Familiarity with security tools such as Zscaler, Seclore, and antivirus software.
Proficiency in handling ticketing systems.

Plants :
Handling IT requirements for plant machinery and vendor relationships.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders from different functions including Process, R&D, SC, Quality, Equipment, Sales & Marketing.

Key External Interfaces :

Suppliers:
Liaising with suppliers locally and globally.

DESIRED PROFILE :

Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.

Minimum of 6-7 years' experience in IT operations management and team leadership.

DESIRED SKILLS :

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to research networking issues and products when necessary.
Capability to present complex ideas in a simple and understandable manner.
Strong prioritization skills, especially in fast-paced environments.
Customer service focused mindset.
Experience in collaborative team environments.
