Sales and Marketing Internship
As a Sales and Marketing Intern at our logistics company, you will be at the forefront of our B2B sales efforts in the Punjab region.
This position offers the exciting opportunity to relocate to our Bathinda or Ludhiana branch after completing training in Mohali, where you will also oversee franchise sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales activities in the Punjab region, focusing on generating new business for our company branches.
- Engage in doortodoor sales efforts to identify and onboard potential clients, effectively communicating our services and value proposition.
- Build and nurture longlasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Successfully complete training at our Mohali branch and be prepared to relocate to either our Bathinda or Ludhiana branch.
- Oversee franchise sales operations at the designated branch, ensuring consistent growth and adherence to company standards.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with clients.
- Proven ability to conduct doortodoor sales and build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Willingness to relocate to Bathinda or Ludhiana branch posttraining.
- Selfmotivated, resultsdriven attitude with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Adaptability to dynamic sales environments and changing business priorities.
- Basic understanding of franchising dynamics and operations (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in local languages and English for effective communication.
