Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing professional to be a part of our Digital marketing team who has the ability to think creatively and strategically and drive solid results to grow the business. As a Senior Digital Marketing Professional, you will create and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve the company's marketing objectives. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and work with other departments to ensure the successful execution of digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals.
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.
Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, including content creators, social media managers, and PPC specialists.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure that digital marketing efforts are aligned with the overall company strategy.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools and make recommendations for incorporating them into the company's marketing strategy.

Requirements / Qualification / Experience / Skills:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
At least 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing.
Proven track record of creating and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
Understanding of web development and design principles.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Master's degree in marketing or business.
Experience in B2B marketing.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot or Marketo.
Experience in managing budgets and forecasting revenue.
