One Year_experience in customer support or a related role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with a positive attitude.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of the industry and the company's products is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
