Job Description:

You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting office operation, and providing assistance to employees and visitors.


Your attention to details, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of your workplace.


Responsibilities:


  • Administrative support
  • To manage Wenders, Cafeteria, Guest House, Traveling Maintenance and Security.
  • Assist with document preparation, photocopying, scanning, and filling.
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including arranging venues, catering, and equipment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Qualification:
Any Graduate or Post Graduate

Experience: 4 to 5yr's required (In Manufacturing Industry Preferable)
