    Job Title: VMCProgrammer and Setter
    Location:Coimbatore

    JobSummary:

    We are lookingfor an experienced VMC Programmer and Setter to join our team inCoimbatore. The successful candidate will be responsible forprogramming setting and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC)to create parts and assemblies with high precision. This rolerequires a high level of technical skill a keen attention to detailand a commitment to safety andquality.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • ProgramVMC machines using CAM software to produce precision parts asspecified in technical drawings andplans.
    • Setup machines including selecting tools loading programs andadjusting settings for optimalperformance.
    • OperateVMCs efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety qualityandoutput.
    • Performroutine maintenance and troubleshooting of VMC machines to ensurecontinuousoperation.
    • Inspectand verify dimensions of products for accuracy againstspecifications using precision measuringinstruments.
    • Collaboratewith production and engineering teams to optimize machiningprocesses and improve productionefficiency.
    • Documentproduction data and maintain logs of machine settings andmaintenance.



    Requirements

    • Proficiencyin programming and operating CNC/VMC machinery with specific skillsin CAMsoftware.
    • Strongunderstanding of machining tooling and reading technicalblueprints.
    • Excellentproblemsolving abilities and attention todetail.
    • Effectivecommunication and teamworkskills.
    • Abilityto work independently and manage timeeffectively.
    • Diplomaor Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (B.E) preferably with aspecialization in Mechanical or ProductionEngineering.
    • Minimum4 years of handson experience in VMC programming setting andoperation.
