The Intuit Data Exchange team is looking for a Principal Product Designer who is excited to create customer and developer experiences and build a vision around platform capabilities at Intuit.

This role requires a dynamic individual who is comfortable delivering in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, with a strong ability to go deep into the details and step back and connect the dots for a more strategic perspective.

Qualifications:

Four-year degree in Human-Computer Interaction, graphic design, or other relevant field or equivalent work experience. Graduate degree a plus

8+ years of interface design experience in delivering highvolume, highprofile or awardwinning products, across multiple platforms
Experience working in technically complex initiatives and can seamlessly marry user experiences with technical architecture.
Deep knowledge of user experience methods, innovation, ideation, storytelling, prototyping, design frameworks, concept visualization, problemframing skills and design principles
Proven track record in setting a vision for great customer experiences, inspiring others to get behind the vision, and ultimately delivering products and services that are known for their delightful experience and ease of use
Exemplary ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across teams/groups/functions through facilitative leadership to deliver great results and to "raise the bar" continually as an effective leader of positive change
Organized, selfdirected, efficient and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner
A passion for creating products that resonate on an emotional level
Strong online portfolio available for viewing

Responsibilities:

Masterful storyteller, able to influence a broad audience by visualizing ideas and concepts for internal leaders, partners and customers
Bring a bold vision and design strategy to life across multiple areas in the ecosystem. Can connect the dots across multiple strategies and initiatives to make the largest impact.
Turn visions into concepts, and translate those concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity, despite complexity of the system
Deliver User Experience visions, specifications, wireframes and prototypes
Use facilitative leadership skills to drive the best outcome for multiple stakeholders across a matrices organization, resulting in others learning from you, and inspiring others to want to work with you
