Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

• Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and provide updates to customers.

User Experience:

• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in the app's user experience.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement changes and enhance the overall user experience.
• Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by suggesting new features and improvements.

Delivery Partner Management:

• Establish and maintain open communication with delivery partners, addressing their concerns and providing support.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
• Ensure delivery partners adhere to the company's policies and guidelines.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new front office team members.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally and empathetically.
• Strong problemsolving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software.
• Familiarity with food delivery apps and the industry is a plus.
