Responsibilities:


  • Devising a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy.
  • Monitoring the housing and property markets to identify potential leads.
  • Maintaining contact with our clientele by sending them newsletters and updates.
  • Cooperating with current business partners on potential projects.

Requirements:

2-3 years relevant experience in sales in real estate/ construction industry will be preferred
:


  • Thorough knowledge of the real estate market.
  • Expertise with project management software and CRM systems.
  • Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing will be preferred from BA (Tier 2) in Marketing & Sales.

Job Types:

Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:

₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Master's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Real estate sales: 1 year (preferred)
- construction industry: 1 year (preferred)
