Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Executive to join our team in Pune, focusing on the FMCG and HoReCa sectors.

The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential FMCG and HoReCa clients in Pune and the surrounding regions.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met efficiently.

Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities through continuous market research.

Present and promote Bhasho's comprehensive range of FMCG products and services to clients, highlighting their unique value propositions.

Proactively generate new business leads using various strategies, including cold calls, networking events, and referrals.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and engaging presentations to clients.

Skillfully negotiate and close sales deals, consistently striving to meet or exceed predetermined sales targets.

Regularly update and submit accurate sales reports, encompassing sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Keep abreast of industry developments and product knowledge to provide informed solutions to clients.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven sales experience or relevant internships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resultsoriented and selfdriven with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of FMCG and HoReCa industries is a plus.

Salary:
From ₹200,000.00 per year
