We are seeking a motivated Sponsorship and Marketing Associate to join our team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and executing sponsorship strategies, managing relationships with partners, and enhancing our brand presence.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing campaigns and ensure successful sponsorship activations.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute sponsorship strategies that align with business goals.
Identify and secure potential sponsorship opportunities, building and maintaining strong partnerships.
Coordinate endtoend sponsorship activations, ensuring seamless execution and delivering value to partners.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that integrate sponsorships and maximize brand exposure.
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new sponsorship prospects.
Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations to attract potential partners.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of sponsorship and marketing efforts, providing actionable insights.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including social media content, press releases, and promotional materials.
Support in organizing events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase sponsorships and enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation in all marketing activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Freshers can only for this position.
Proven experience in sponsorship management, partnership building, or marketing.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
