- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in social media management with a demonstrable track record of success.
- Portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns, content creation, and community growth.
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools like Canva or similar.
