Qualification - MBA in Operation Supply Chain Management (OSCM) / Logistics / Material Management- Purchase requirement validation
- Reviewing contracts / AMC / Warranty / License
- Analyzing the cost comparative among received quotes and negotiating with vendors for finalizing the prices and processing the Purchase Orders
- Order Placement intime, Supply / Demand Alignment, Material Replenishment and Supplier Performance. Continuously monitoring, evaluating, and improving supplier performance.
- Coordination with customs agency on shipment clearance
- Implementing a Procurement process to the wider business and implemented total policy and procedure documentation to enable the company to pass the required audit standards
- Identifying new vendors and onboarding Continuously monitoring the team performance
