Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership and Team Management:

Lead and inspire a team of data analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to align the team's efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
Oversee the planning, execution, and timely delivery of analytics and engineering projects, ensuring exceptional quality and impact.

Advanced Data Analysis and Insight Generation:

Drive the design and implementation of sophisticated metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to tackle critical business challenges and drive strategic decisions.
Conduct advanced data analysis to unearth actionable insights and recommendations that fuel business growth, optimization, and innovation.
Apply statistical methodology and advanced machine learning techniques to uncover valuable patterns and trends in data, providing invaluable guidance for business strategy.

Experimentation and Continuous Optimization:

Design and execute A/B testing experiments to assess the impact of various strategies and hypotheses on key business metrics.
Develop compelling hypotheses grounded in data-driven insights and execute rigorous experimentation to validate assumptions and drive continuous optimization.
Interpret experimental results and iterate on strategies based on findings, ensuring data-driven decision-making and relentless improvement.

Robust Data Engineering and Infrastructure:

Collaborate closely with the data engineering team to architect and maintain robust data pipelines and infrastructure that support advanced analytics and reporting needs.
Lead the development and optimization of ETL processes to guarantee data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for in-depth analysis.
Apply data engineering principles to enhance data quality and integrity, facilitating seamless integration of diverse data sources and efficient data processing workflows.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in data analytics and engineering, with a proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering impactful insights and solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for data analysis and manipulation, complemented by advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve excellence.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
