This role encompasses managing administrative tasks, warmly welcoming visitors, organizing supplies, and contributing to the success of company events.

Key Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar role
Exceptional multitasking abilities and adept at prioritization
Confident, personable, skilled in discussions with CFOs and individuals in higher management.
Familiarity with office management procedures

Responsibilities:

Maintaining efficient file and record management systems
Monitoring office expenditures and managing office contacts
Welcoming and assisting visitors with professionalism
Scheduling agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for senior executives and clients as required
Assisting in building and maintaining positive client relationships and contributing to business development.
