Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Office Coordinator with a keen eye for detail to ensure the smooth operations and provide essential support to our dynamic team.
Key Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar role
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and adept at prioritization
- Confident, personable, skilled in discussions with CFOs and individuals in higher management.
- Familiarity with office management procedures
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining efficient file and record management systems
- Monitoring office expenditures and managing office contacts
- Welcoming and assisting visitors with professionalism
- Scheduling agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for senior executives and clients as required
- Assisting in building and maintaining positive client relationships and contributing to business development.
Education & Experience:
- 05 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree
Salary:
Monthly salary up to 30K, based on experience and skill set
Salary:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
