As a Nurse in our Clinic and Diagnostic Centre, you will play a critical role in providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist physicians, perform nursing procedures, and ensure the overall well-being of patients visiting the clinic.

You will work closely with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional medical services and maintain a safe and efficient clinical environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

  • Greet patients and assist them in the registration process.
  • Conduct initial patient assessments, including vital signs measurement and health history documentation.
  • Monitor and record patients' medical condition, progress, and responses to treatment.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as per physician's orders.
  • Provide wound care, dressings, and basic first aid when necessary.

Nursing Procedures:

  • Perform various nursing procedures, such as blood pressure measurement, blood sample collection, ECGs, and other diagnostic tests.
  • Assist physicians during medical examinations and procedures.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and selfcare techniques.

Infection Control and Safety:

  • Maintain a clean and hygienic clinical environment, following infection control protocols.
  • Adhere to safety standards and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Medical Records and Documentation:

  • Accurately record patient information, medical history, treatment plans, and nursing interventions in electronic health records (EHR) or other documentation systems.

Emergency Response:

  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies, assess the situation, and provide appropriate nursing care until further medical assistance is available.

Collaborative Teamwork:

  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless patient care.

Patient Education and Support:

  • Educate patients about prescribed medications, treatments, and followup care.
  • Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families during medical procedures and treatments.

Equipment and Supplies Management:

  • Maintain and check medical equipment regularly to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Report any faulty or malfunctioning equipment to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in the ordering and restocking of medical supplies as needed.

9 Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Valid nursing license/certification to practice as a registered nurse in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and nursing procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals effectively.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a caring attitude towards patients.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills for medical records and documentation.
