Responsibilities_

- _Manage large Supply Chain team in areas of Distribution Planner, Export Controller, LDP (logistics distribution partner) Coordinator, Logistics Interaction Controller, Logistics analyst, Clerk Warehouse, Interaction Center, Export Team and enable career progression while fostering Genpact culture (CI2). Achieve /exceed retention targets._
- _Manage the delivery of outsourced services Supply Chain Logistics, to ensure customer satisfaction and increased revenue through client up-sell_
- _Collaborate and work globally with other Genpact business leaders and functional leaders to create and commercialize existing and new product offerings_
- _Manage the delivery of outsourced services Supply Chain Logistics, to ensure customer satisfaction and increased revenue through client up-sell_
- _Collaborate and work globally with other Genpact business leaders and functional leaders to create and commercialize existing and new product offerings_
- _Leverage lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda_
- _Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and escalate performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs. Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps._
- _Lead multi-disciplined, cross-functional teams and take accountability for the overall delivery of the function_
- _Review and discuss daily/weekly operational matters_
- _Ensure operational performance for CIC_
- _Report and address operational issues_
- _Partner with enabling teams, CoBPE, and retained teams to drive standard methodologies and improvement opportunities_
- _Ensure smooth execution of pan Africa programs, ensuring timely delivery and quality within the planned cost & schedule_
- _Own end-to-end client service delivery and P&L_
- _Be a key driving force in managing new/existing relationships with a set of valuable clients leading to a healthy P&L_

Qualifications we seek in you_
Minimum qualifications_

- _Graduate

Any_

- _Familiarity with supply chain for hi-tech industry or technology distributor industry_
- _Excellent communication skills (engage with client stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers)_
- _Good negotiations skills to engage with suppliers and logistics providers_
- _Good understanding data management, reporting and basic data analysis_
- _Advanced MS Excel skills (e

g:
excellent handling of pivot tables)_

Preferred qualifications_

- _Lean Six Sigma Certification_
