    Position Overview:


    As a Quality Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

    You will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and evaluating incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products/services to identify any defects or deviations from specifications.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


    Responsibilities:
    Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
    Perform various tests and analyses using appropriate tools and equipment to assess product quality and functionality.
    Document inspection and test results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality control activities.
    Identify and report any non-conformities, defects, or deviations from quality standards to relevant stakeholders.
    Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
    Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
    Monitor and enforce compliance with quality assurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
    Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
    Contribute to the training and development of employees on quality control processes and best practices.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing) or equivalent work experience.
    Proven experience in quality control/assurance within a manufacturing or production environment.
    Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
    Proficiency in using measurement and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, gauges, spectrophotometers).
    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
    Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Technician, Certified Quality Engineer) are desirable.
