    Responsibilities
    Managingcomplex US Mortgage Servicing operations process on a day to daybasis
    Independently resolve outstanding issues and communicate/escalateproblems to clients and SeniorManagement.
    Participate in industry initiatives and working groups and and whenrequired
    Driving productivity and efficiency
    Analysis of reports and determine authenticity of the report andability to identify significantvariances.
    Complete ownership of deliverable of team and handlingescalations.
    Attend daily calls with customer and explain the status/ progressofdeliverables
    Respond to customer queries ondeliverables
    Help team members to fix the issues in dailyactivities
    Act as first/Second level of escalation on deliveryissues
    Supervision of Lead Analysts Senior Analyst andAnalyst
    Ensure all reference data related activities are completed as perclientexpectations
    Meet the TAT and error freedelivery
    Contribute to process streamlining andimprovement
    Plan and prioritize all projects handled by theteam.
    Ensuring Checklist Metrics and EOD activities are completed andsignedoff.
    Ensuring timely updates/review of SOPs IssueLogs
    Ensure adherence / Managing KPI and SLAs on ongoingbasis
    Monitoring and ensuring closure of daily/weekly and monthlydeliverables in various aspects of aged outstandingitems
    Maintenance of escalationpolicies
    A proactive approach to problem solving taking ownership of issuesand having the determination to follow thingsthrough
    Ensure attritions targets are notbreached
    Managing a team of agents in customer drivenenviornment
    Actively participate in governance calls with the clients foreffective processmanagement
    Manage operations through end to end planning metrics review androot causeanalysis
    Manage Client relationship as part of operationsdelivery;
    Drive change by successful implementation of process improvementrecommendations
    Review overall staff performance and recommend trainingneeds
    Liaise with HR Facilities Training IT & Network teams toensure seamless operationsdelivery

    Requirements


    Total8 years of Exp with Min 45 years of experience in managing teams inUS Mortgage Servicingoperations
    Min2 Years as an AssistantManager

    Min 4-5 years of experience in managing teams in US MortgageServicing operations Essential Skills- Experience in managing USMortgage Servicing operations with teams of 25-30 associates inoutsourced environment
    Customer Focus:
    must demonstrate competencyin dealing with all levels of employees /management and buildingstrong relationships with teams and all organizational customers
