Job Overview:

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Debtor Management: Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments. Implement effective debt recovery strategies and maintain low levels of overdue accounts.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding payments, orders, and any issues or inquiries. Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any customerrelated issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on account status, including any overdue accounts or significant customer concerns, to management.

Salary:
From ₹14,500.00 per month
