As a Java Full Stack Trainer, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality training programs and courses on Java Full Stack development to aspiring software developers or professionals seeking to upgrade their skills.

You will be responsible for designing, planning, and conducting training sessions, as well as evaluating the progress and performance of the trainees.

Additionally, you may be involved in developing training materials, exercises, and assignments to enhance the learning experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions:

Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on Java Full Stack development, covering various topics such as Java programming, front-end and back-end web development, databases, frameworks, and related technologies.


Curriculum development:
Create comprehensive training materials, including course outlines, presentations, handouts, code samples, and other relevant resources. Continuously update and improve the curriculum to align with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Practical exercises and assignments:
Develop practical exercises, coding challenges, and projects that reinforce the concepts taught during the training. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to trainees as they complete these exercises.

Assess and evaluate:
Regularly assess the progress and performance of trainees through assignments, quizzes, projects, and exams. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help them improve their skills and understanding.

Stay updated:

Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java Full Stack development, including new frameworks, tools, libraries, and industry trends.

Incorporate relevant updates into the training curriculum to ensure its relevance and effectiveness.

Mentorship and support:
Provide individual and group mentoring to trainees, addressing their questions, concerns, and challenges. Guide them in problem-solving, debugging, and improving their code quality.

Documentation and reporting:
Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance, performance, and progress. Generate reports and metrics to evaluate the training program's success and identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Java programming language, as well as frontend and backend web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, etc.).
  • Indepth knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and other related technologies commonly used in Java Full Stack development.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex concepts to individuals with varying levels of experience.
  • Prior experience in training or teaching Java Full Stack development is highly desirable.
  • Strong problemsolving and debugging skills.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field.

Salary:
₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
