NOTE:
This is a Work from Office


Duration:6 months, full-time.


As a Tech support executive, you would be:

  • Answering questions about our ERP/CRM software product
  • Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problem.
  • Handling customer complaints, conducting product demos, and working on the latest product developments.

What we expect from you:


  • We would want you to work with us for a minimum of 6 months
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Should be ready to come to the office on a daily basis
  • Previous working experience in the customer support domain is an added advantage
  • Should be proficient in Hindi
  • Excellent communication skills

Location:
Nanganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
