This is a Work from Office
Duration:6 months, full-time.
As a Tech support executive, you would be:
- Answering questions about our ERP/CRM software product
- Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problem.
- Handling customer complaints, conducting product demos, and working on the latest product developments.
What we expect from you:
- We would want you to work with us for a minimum of 6 months
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Should be ready to come to the office on a daily basis
- Previous working experience in the customer support domain is an added advantage
- Should be proficient in Hindi
- Excellent communication skills

Nanganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
