Responsibilities:


  • Networking with Corporates, employees and students, to establish industry collaborations and understand their human resource needs on a regular basis. Identifying employers recruiting ITI graduates
  • Strong understanding/well versed with the knowledge and understanding of industry (in Mumbai).
  • Building Relationships with existing Companies/industry
  • Building a rapport with existing employers and team up to generate employment opportunities.
  • Coordinating with companies to learn about their requirements and recruitment procedures(should have a strong coordination, follow up and be good at working in a team.)
  • Good at research and gathering information about job fairs and all relevant recruitment advertisements ,sourcing portals/social media etc.
  • Hunting for the new clients medium to large size corporates and increasing the number of prospective corporations.
  • Should have an understanding of various roles, skillsets and domains
  • Strong in coordination with students in obtaining placements in companies. and Building good relationship with youth as well
  • Responsible in planning inhouse placement drives with corporates/ skilling partners at ITI colleges (only planning; execution will be done by Youth Coordinators)
  • Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and chase targets.

  • Excel report and powerpoint presentations.

Preferred Skill Sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background:

  • Post Graduation in any field, with 1-5 years of experience in Placements.
  • Have good connections in Companies in Mumbai region.
  • Selfdriven, excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Strong orientation towards relationship building and problemsolving
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi and preferably in Marathi.
  • Deep empathy and a strong commitment towards youth's development and growth
  • Commitment towards the upliftment of the youth and city transformation
  • Persistence, patience and commitment to doing social good
  • High professional standards and dedication to the organization's mission, staff, and youth
  • Ability to handle deadlines with attention to detail including data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Salary:
₹420, ₹500,000.00 per year
