About the Team: The Corporate Business Architecture team equips employees with tools to facilitate the development, sales, and implementation of FinTech solutions to FIS clients, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness through FIS' Future Forward Program.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Installs, maintains, and upgrades internal computer hardware and software systems for designing and developing company products.
• Controls user access and passwords.
• Proposes and implements system enhancements for improved reliability and performance.
• Working Knowledge in Azure, Citrix, Netscalers, M365, Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory Administration, VMWare administration, Exchange.
• Monitors usage and performance.
• Trains personnel on system usage.
• Troubleshoots server, software, and hardware issues.
• Assists with recommending, scheduling, and implementing system hardware and/or software upgrades or repairs.
• Researches, evaluates, and recommends software and hardware products.
• Supports Web access and electronic messaging services, maintaining a secure systems environment.
• Provides new hardware specifications to users based on application needs and anticipated growth.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What You Bring:

• Strong Knowledge in Citrix ADC (VPX, MPX & SDX).
• Knowledge on Load balancing, GSLB, and Content Switching.
• Knowledge of NetScaler features, platform, and licenses.
• Experience in Upgrading NetScaler appliance and high availability pair.
• Hands-on experience of configuring and sync files in high availability setup with consideration of communication intervals.
• Good understanding of various load balancing concepts - HTTP, DNS, and LDAP.
