Citrix Admin

This role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.


Who we are:

Eligibility & Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or Equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Managed Service environment.
  • Certification on the latest track like Citrix CCA-V, CCP-V, ITIL is an added advantage.
  • Flexible to work in 24X7 support environment.


Technical Skills:


  • Admin, Operate and Manage Citrix Farm.
  • Experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7.x, 19 xx, 20 xx LTSR Suite
  • Experience in managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops via Studio.
  • Experience in Citrix cloud, Citrix cloud connector
  • Install and configure FS Logix.
  • Experience in provisioning method using MCS technology.
  • Good knowledge in PVS technology.
  • Good knowledge in random Citrix Desktops.
  • Good knowledge in Citrix Storefront, License Server, and Director
  • Good knowledge in XenServer
  • Good knowledge in VMware vCenter and ESXi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reproducing issues in inhouse Lab.
  • Identify and escalate issues in a timely manner to vendor according to process guidelines.
  • Leverage internal technical expertise, including peers, mentors, knowledge base, community forums and other internal tools, to provide the most effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Collaborate with other technology teams in diagnosing and isolating the cause of complex issues
  • Maintain quality on case documentation, SLA timeframes and operational metrics.
  • Performs within the Productivity Measure of the team (scorecard).
  • Handle Problem Management, Post Incident Reviews and RCA.
