We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Jewelry Sales Associate.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers and driving sales in our jewelry store.

Your primary goal will be to assist customers in finding the perfect jewelry pieces that match their preferences and budget while ensuring a memorable shopping experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers and establish rapport to understand their jewelry preferences and needs.
  • Showcase a deep knowledge of various jewelry products, including materials, gemstones, designs, and craftsmanship.
  • Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces that meet their style preferences, occasion, and budget.
  • Provide detailed information about the features, benefits, and quality of the jewelry items.
  • Offer expert advice on jewelry care and maintenance to ensure longlasting satisfaction.
  • Crosssell and upsell complementary jewelry items, such as matching sets, accessories, or customization options.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling payments, gift wrapping, and issuing receipts.
  • Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment through proper merchandising and product displays.
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers through marketing initiatives or followup on leads.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized assistance and exceptional aftersales service.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, new jewelry collections, and market competition.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the store.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and cohesive operation.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in jewelry sales or luxury retail is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for jewelry, gemstones, and industry trends.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication and active listening abilities.
  • Detailoriented with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Proficient in handling sales transactions and operating pointofsale systems.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional extended hours.
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy jewelry displays if required.

Salary:
From ₹26,000.00 per month
