Description
Responsibilities:
- Design innovative buildings and contribute to restoration and extension of projects.
- Create precise plans, charts, and scale drawings using cuttingedge CAD tools.
- Oversee onsite construction, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
- Prepare contract documents, conduct periodic site observations, monitor compliance with plans.
- Design layout of general civil municipal improvement projects,roads, drainage, earthwork grading profiles, cross sections, and topographic maps.
- Receive guidance from experienced Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Senior Engineer.
- Lead a team, supervising Junior Engineers, Surveyors, and Draftsmen.
Experience:
- Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years in the Construction Industry with exposure in Highrise building, waterfront developments. Experience in middle east countries required.
- Knowledge in tender administration and middle east construction regulations and practices.
Salary:
₹60, ₹90,000.00 per month
