∙ Pricing / Negotiation with shipping Line & Overseas Agent
∙ Coordinating with all shipping line for Rate O/f & Destination charges.
∙ Coordinating with the agent regarding to nomination shipment
∙ To co
- ordinate with customer for their queries and provide support to resolve their
queries within a set time frame.
∙ Increased the margin within my regions, researched competitor pricing, and developed
unique projects to assist sales in each region.
∙ Coordinate with sales team to plan and implement promotions, new Shipment and
updates.
∙ Follow - up with sales on outcome and assisting them with all necessary support
required to get the business on board
∙ Participation in inviting rates for RFQ & Compiling the rates.
∙ Handing mails Management & customer's requirements.
∙ Receiving master bill of lading/Debit note by Shipping Line and doing correction on
