Roles and Responsibilities of

Supplier quality assistance - Mechanilcal parts

  • Mechanical Engineer
  • Diploma with 57 yrs or BE/ B Tech with 45 Yrs experience & minimum 23 years must be in EV Vehicle. in New product development supplier quality.
  • Proficient in interpreting an analzsing engineering drawing 2D/3D, working knowledge of design software.
  • Hands on experience on ERP Software, Work independently
  • Knowledge of Press fabrication, plastic, rubber, casting, forging
  • Raw material ,process, tools, fixture etc.
  • Knowledge of APQP/ PPAP/ DFM /PFMEA/SQC/QC tools /ISO /IATF / Quality matrix, PSW/ SIR/ PDI/8D.
  • Vendor assessment, Analytical and problemsolving skills, root cause analysis, CAPA,
  • Ability to prioritize task manage multiple vendors simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skill, good Coordination with another department

  • Knowledge of APQP/ PPAP/ DFM /PFMEA/SQC/QC tools /ISO /IATF / Quality matrix, PSW/ SIR/ PDI/8D.
