• Develop comprehensive structured cabling designs for data centers, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand infrastructure requirements and provide effective cabling solutions.

• Lead the planning and execution of data center fitout projects, including network rack installations, Fiber Runner, Mesh cable trays and Data Trunking.
• Ensure fitout & structured cabling projects are completed on time and within budget, meeting highquality standards.

• Oversee the installation and deployment of structured cabling systems, including copper and fiberoptic cabling.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications and industry best practices during implementation.

• Establish and enforce quality assurance processes for structured cabling installations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.

• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for structured cabling systems and fitout projects.
• Generate regular reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions for management.

• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and equipment for cabling and fitout projects.
• Evaluate and select vendors based on performance, cost, and reliability.

• Work closely with network engineers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide effective cabling solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to data center cabling.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends related to data center fitouts.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance the performance and efficiency of cabling infrastructure.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Electronic & Telecommunication Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Data Center Structured Cabling & Fitout SME, with a minimum of 10to 12 years in designing and implementing cabling solutions.
• Indepth knowledge of structured cabling standards (e.g., TIA568,TIA942 ISO/IEC and fitout practices.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong expertise in structured cabling systems, fiber optics, and copper cabling.
• Proficiency in using design tools and software for structured cabling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CDCP, CNIDP, RCDD).
• Experience working with cloudbased infrastructure and virtualized environments.
• Familiarity with data center environmental controls and power distribution systems.
