    Description

    ERP Project Manager Job Description

    HAVAS is looking for experienced project Manager to lead the implementation of Applications across all agencies in HAVAS India. Project Manager will directly report to CTO India. He / She should have experience in handling the complex project and interactions with Vendor and internal stake holders.

    Responsibilities for ERP Project Manager

    -Managing the day-to-day implementation of operational project aspects, defining project tasks and resource allocation.

    -Development and maintenance of the project plan.

    -Project planning, inclusive of schedule, cost and risk/countermeasure.

    -Work with vendor and internal team to best manage projects and ensure effective communications and expectations to support the overall health and wellbeing of each project

    -Create, manage and maintain a comprehensive and fiscally sound project plan that aligns with corporate budgeting

    -Drive improvement efforts related to each IT project, find opportunities, adjust requirements, reduce cost, provide better overall solutions in a more efficient manner

    -Plan, coordinate and hold meetings with project team members both internal and external

    -Create and maintain project portfolio and submit weekly reports

    -Acting as primary interface to business units during all phases of the project

    -Creating project plans, identifying scope, goals, deliverables, timelines and required resources

    Qualifications for ERP project manager

    -Coordinate vendor activities

    -Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions

    -Report on regional and country rollout status, risks and issues, escalates where required in line with the escalation process

    -Experience with team management and leadership that span multiple time-zones and different cultures

    -Experience from managing and coordinating vendors (ISV's) in projects and outsourced delivery model experience with solutions, configuration and custom development (experience in Oracle Netsuite and any CRM is preferred)

    -PM with 9+ years' experience in managing large projects is required
