Job Objective:

Job Location- Mumbai

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsible for controlling end to end finance processes in ERP procurement, invoicing, daytoday system Data Entry and books closure.
Data entry and maintenance of Projects in the ERP system
Management of Accounts Receivables follow up and coordination for collection.
Preparing Statutory Payments working for TDS, GST, Profession Tax, etc.
Ensuring monthly necessary reconciliations such as GST Reconciliation, TDS reconciliation, etc.
Assistance in Financial Reporting
MIS, Budgets, Projects.
Preparation of financial statements and schedules
Lead and execute Audits
Statutory, Tax, Internal, ISO

Skills:

Work experience in the field of Finance, Accounting, GST, TDS
Sharp knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and finance processes.
Working knowledge of statutory filings and regulations
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
Handson experience with MS Excel, Tally ERP, knowledge of SAP (preferred).
Organization skills
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
CA/CS/CFA Inter (Pass)
Preference if handled finance for service organizations and ERP knowledge of Oracle, SAP etc.
Good Interpersonal skills
Communication skills
