Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Prepare and manage budgets for all facility management projects /
interior Fit Out project and operations.

  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide regular
financial reports to senior management.

  • Identify costsaving opportunities and implement financial strategies to
optimize interior / FMC operations.


Accounting and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including income statements,
balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and
other financial reporting requirements.

  • Prepare and submit financial statements to regulatory authorities and
stakeholders.


Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct financial analysis to assess the profitability of facility
management contracts and projects.

  • Evaluate the financial impact of different operational decisions and
provide recommendations.

  • Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies and areas for
improvement.


Audit and Compliance:

  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance
with audit requirements of entire Interior or Facility division.

  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets
and prevent financial fraud.

  • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure the
company's compliance.


Cost Management:

  • Analyze and control operational costs, including labour, materials, and
despatch, execution and overhead expenses pertaining to interior

Factory, or FMC projects.

  • Develop and implement cost reduction strategies while maintaining
service quality.

  • Review contracts and agreements with to ensure they are financially
sound.


Financial Planning:

  • Assist in longterm financial planning and forecasting for the facility
management or Interior Fitout company.

  • Provide financial input for business expansion plans, mergers, and
acquisitions.

  • Assess the financial feasibility of new projects and investments.
