Roles And Responsibilities

2.)Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability

3.)Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

4.)Data entry in various platforms

5.)Knowledge about an logistic process would be an additive benefit.

Desired Skills Required

1.)At least 1-3 years' of relevant work experience

2.)Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

3.)Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
