To handle Preventive Maintenance and to resolve break down of critical analytical instruments like

HPLC, GC, Dissolution Tester, Analytical Weighing Balance, UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, KF titrators, Disintegration tester, Friability Tester, Hardness Tester and others instruments.

To handle routine problems in Chromatography s/w like Chromeleon 7.2, Lab solution s/w, Empower s/w etc

To maintain GMP documents like PM schedule, History card, Breakdown Memo etc

To train user for proper operation of instrument to avoid breakdowns.

To co-ordinate internally with scientific staff for instrument related queries and problems.

To Co-ordinate with service engineers for PM and Breakdown activity.

To repair costly parts to reduce maintenance cost of instrument.

To face audits from different regulatory agencies.
