As an Entry-Level Sales Representative in the banking sector, you will be the frontline ambassador for our financial products and services.

This role is designed for individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to build a successful career in the banking industry.

You will engage with customers, identify their financial needs, and promote our diverse range of banking solutions, contributing to the growth and success of the branch.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify additional financial needs.

• Acquire indepth knowledge of the bank's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

• Conduct effective sales presentations to showcase the features and advantages of our banking products.
• Tailor product recommendations based on the customer's financial goals and needs.

• Work towards achieving individual and branchwide sales targets.
• Implement strategies to overcome objections and close sales effectively.

• 12th pass with one year experience / Bachelor's degree / Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goaloriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fastpaced work environment.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
