Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive to join our team in Agra.

As an MIS Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support informed decision-making across various departments.


Responsibilities:

Gather, compile, and analyze data from various sources to create comprehensive reports and dashboards.
Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, presentations, and visualizations to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide customized reporting solutions.
Identify process improvement opportunities by analyzing data patterns and trends.
Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
Assist in the design and implementation of new data collection methods and systems.
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in MIS and data analysis.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and other data analysis tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of database management systems and SQL is a plus.
