Looking for an Purchase Executive

Location - Matunga
Experience - 3 + yrs
Salary - 2 lpa to 2.5 lpa

  • Should have experience in managing and onboarding new sellers.
  • Good communication, logical & excel skills
  • Managing relationships with vendors
  • Should be very good with internet surfing
Review the Indents Requirements and Make the Purchase Orders.

Purchase is to procure

A) Construction materials like steel, cement, cement sheets, glass wools and related items involved.

(b) - Packing materials like jumbo bags, corrugated boxes, different types of pallets and related items.

(c) - Hardware items like Nut bolts, different types of valves, fire safety materials, gauges, perforated sheets, different types of Bellows etc.

(d) - Machineries like Compressors, Motors, Pumps, Gear boxes & related items.

(e) Packing items like gaskets, glands.

(f) - Oil, Grease and all types of Lubricants.

(g) - Hiring of Boom lifts, procurement of Tyres, Tiles, Bathroom Fitting and Day to Day works instructed by seniors.

Maintains records of goods ordered and received.

Negotiates prices and contracts with suppliers and Vendor development.

Day to Day follow up with suppliers to ensure material is timely reach the needy.

Coordinate with Accounts team to release payments to the vendors.

Submitting the GRN's along with all supporting documents.

Ensure faster deliveries if any plant breakdown happened.

Coordinates with Plant heads for timely order and supply of essential day to day items.

Travels to vendor's locations if required.

Should have 3 to 4yrs of Experience


Qualification:
Graduate


Salary Range :
upto 2 lac per annum - 2.5 lacs per annum
