Job Summary:
The School Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within a

designated territory by promoting and selling educational products to schools and educational

institutions. This role requires building strong relationships with decision-makers in schools,

understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that meet those needs. The School

Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding the company & presence in the education

market and contributing to its overall success.


Key Responsibilities:
 Target potential schools and educational institutions within the assigned territory

 Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, such as school administrators,

principals, and educators

 Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features

of the company & products

 Cultivate trust and credibility with customers to position the company as a valuable partner

 Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and progress

 Develop a deep understanding of the products to articulate their value proposition

effectively

 Understand the specific needs and challenges of each school and cater solutions to address

their requirements

 Handle the inquiries from existing and new clients

 Coordinate with the logistics team for a timely dispatch.

 Ensure target-oriented performance with Cost Benefit Analysis.

 Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 1+ years of proven experience within the education sector is preferred
  • Bachelor & degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the company & value
proposition

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Flexibility to travel as required

Pay:
₹18, ₹35,000.00 per month
