About the Job

  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems
  • Provide data and guides to help the sales team
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators
  • Understand, resolve, and convey client queries for algorithm trading to the development team
  • Maintain various types of reports as asked for
  • Stay updated in the dynamic field of algorithmic trading
  • Coordinate with knowledge officers for client training and support
  • Support clients in case of any issues via chat or call
  • Strategies for testing and reporting
  • Should have at least one year experience.

This is a 6 months Full time Internship.

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month


Shift:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sector 63, Noida ,

Uttar Pradesh:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:
