Technical Recruiter/Non-Technical Recruiter will be mainly focused on finding

Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling IT/Non-IT requirements.
Must understand difference between W2, C2C (CorptoCorp), 1099 etc.
Knowledgeable about different US Visas like H1B, E3, GC, GCEAD, and TN.
Willing to handle Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
Weekly meetings with India offshore team with status update, discuss requirements to be worked as per the priorities, reset the focus as per the requirement need.
Updating Status reports in Project Management System to keep track of the projects.
Sending daily status reports to designated Customers and Legacy Group Management.

Skills/Qualification Required:

Minimum
Bachelor's Degree in any field of studies.
2 to 5+ years of experience in US Staffing/US Recruiting in any industry segment.
Exceptional Communication Skills is a MUST.
American Accent will be preferred, but not mandatory.
Must have good computer skills, especially with MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power

Point.

Willing to learn and grow attitude.
An attitude of taking ownership and accountability of the job/tasks/projects assigned to him/her.
