Job Description -
Follow up Inbound Leads till site visit.
Attending Inbound Calls and providing the clients detailed information regarding the Project.
Updating all the Feedbacks of the Call Made in ERP.
Keeping track on the number of Visits Done and Bookings
Making Cold Calls to the data provided and generating visits from the data.
Forwarding mails to the clients and brokers.
Arranging/attending clients meet
Assisting with all the documentation to the client
Arranging meetings with potential customers/brokers.
Following up Customers and Brokers on regular basis.
Clearing and objectives of queries of customers and brokers
Efficiently coordinating with clients and making them into comfort zone from site visit till booking.
