Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner as they enter the store.
- Assist customers in selecting products, answering inquiries, and offering product information.
- Provide product demonstrations and explanations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using pointofsale (POS) systems.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).
- 4 years of Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problemsolving abilities.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and inventory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and teamplayer mentality.
- Job location:
- All over Kerala
Salary:
₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Sales: 4 years (preferred)
