CRM Executive - Delhi, India - Your Job Consultant
Description
Collecting and analyzing customer data- Using CRM systems to manage relationships
- Developing new ways to meet customers' needs
- Handling customer complaints
- Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives
- Creating and executing retention campaigns
- Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer serviceand operations teams to improve the customer experience
- Generating leads.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
Salary:
₹11, ₹32,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delhi, North West , Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
