Collecting and analyzing customer data

  • Using CRM systems to manage relationships
  • Developing new ways to meet customers' needs
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives
  • Creating and executing retention campaigns
  • Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer serviceand operations teams to improve the customer experience
  • Generating leads.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

Salary:
₹11, ₹32,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Delhi, North West , Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
