Job Responsibilities

  • 1. Creating hospital strategies and plans to increase revenue, accomplish inpatient foot
traffic and profit objectives, and inspire staff members to do the same.


  • Continual instruction, motivation, to our associates for growth in revenue.
  • Meeting or exceeding predetermined output and Hospital goals.
  • Ensuring that staffs are properly trained and capable of carrying out their
work responsibilities.

Person Specification

  • Qualification
  • Any Master's / Bachelor's Degree
Experience

  • 58 years of company administration and pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Effective problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • The capacity to communicate successfully with workers at all organisational
- levels.

Skills

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision
